In heading out for our New Year's Eve festivities, we'd forgotten the party's exact address, but resolved to drive the known vicinity 'till we discovered a row house overflowing with drunken homosexuals - which would be our intended event or another party essentially the same and probably just as good. And there they were, on the steps and visible through the tall arched bay windows.

The host had cautioned not to park in certain places. We did not, and it proved a good thing.
